Shipping policy

Billing Address and Shipping Address must be the same.

THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS

1)      You pay for your order

2)      You will receive an Order Confirmation Email

3)      The Processing period begins. Processing time is 5-7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays (due to a recent significant increase in the volume of new orders). Processing period is extended an additional 3-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below)

4)      After the processing period is over, your shipping label will be created

5)      You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email.

6)      Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail (2-4 business days US).  Expect delays due to inclement weather. 

If you are outside of the US please expect a longer time frame for shipping. 

  PROCESSING TIME

  • 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS
  • You will receive your tracking number after the order is processed

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us. 

SHIPPING TIME

  • (United States) 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS VIA USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail.  DHL, UPS, and FEDEX outside of the United States.
  • This time does not include the processing period
  • Expect delays during sales periods & holidays. (1-5 day delay)
  • Expect delays due to natural disasters, severe weather, and unplanned events that impact carriers and travel.
  • If you are located in Canada and London the shipping duration may be slightly longer. 

 

A physical address is required.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced.
  • All U.S. Packages come with a Tracking number. For example, USPS will update their system every time the status changes on your package.
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have you package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
