- Product condition - The hair must be un-used; the wefts have to NOT be cut; NOT died the lace has to be in tact. The product must be returned and received in order for the refund to get processed. Reference instructions below.
- Guarantee: once we reply back that you've been approved to move forward with the refund (after the product has been returned) we will process the refund by providing you with a credit to the original method of payment within 14 days.

WE DO NOT guarantee any hair that has been altered, cut, sealed wefts, washed, dyed, lace cut or have removed tags or straps after purchase. We strongly recommend you seek assistance from a licensed professional hair stylist to complete a strand test, as this will allow you to know how your hair extensions will hold up to chemical modifications.
And If, for any reason, you change your mind within the 14 calendar days grace period, simply contact our customer service department to apply for our Money Back Guarantee Hair Extensions Offer at Contact US and we will give you a return address and return code number to be emailed to you so you can return the hair for a refund. This ensures that we will honor your request if you change your mind within the 14 days.
We will provide a refund or exchange on hair extensions that HAS NOT been unraveled, worn, washed or otherwise tampered with including removing lace, tags or straps within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date you receive your hair extensions. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Again…the following stipulations must be met

- All products should be returned in the same condition as shipped (uncut, undyed, unworn, unwashed, with tags and straps attached in with the original packaging.
- All customized products; such as, wigs, frontals, and closures are not covered and will not be exchanged or refunded.
